Services Provided
FSI Prime provides institutional liquidity aggregation, intelligent execution, and related brokerage services for Forex and CFDs. All transactions are subject to prevailing market conditions, applicable laws, and the terms outlined herein.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
Be fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account;
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
Not engage in any abusive trading practices,
including but not limited to arbitrage, misuse of pricing, or market manipulation.
Execution Policy
FSI Prime aggregates liquidity from reputable global sources to provide competitive execution. However, we do not guarantee that orders will be executed at a specific price or within a specific timeframe due to market volatility and liquidity conditions.
Termination
FSI Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
Account Opening and Verification
To open an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during onboarding. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify your identity, perform due diligence, and approve or reject your application at our sole discretion.
Margin and Leverage
You are required to maintain sufficient margin in your account at all times. We reserve the right to modify leverage ratios, close positions, or liquidate your holdings if margin requirements are not met.
